Playing golf at Hacienda Riquelme is a different experience, both because of its topography where the wide fairways with smooth slopes predominate, as well as its lay-out, beautiful but at the same time very demanding. Hacienda Riquelme Golf is a course that opened in June 2008, designed by Nicklaus Design, and where they knew how to take advantage of the land to build an expansive course, Par 72 and a total of 6356 meters, with five large lakes and a number of bunkers, which are the hallmark of this course. Hacienda Riquelme Golf is a real treasure, once you play it you are already thinking about going back. It is a course that you fall in love with, almost all the holes seem obtainable, and we dream of playing to our handicap, but as you advance, you discover that it is, as beautiful and fun, as it is difficult to conquer. The greens of Hacienda Riquelme Golf are wide and many of them are raised, which makes access to them difficult. In addition, all the greens have several levels which allow a very creative placing of the flags. The key is not to reach the green, but to put the ball in the right place to make the minimum number of putts.
