Anita Sastre

Anita Sastre is our Reservations Supervisor and has more than 15 years of experience in the hotel industry. At Smart Golf Travel, she is responsible for Green Fees reservations, administrative and financial management, and ensuring an exceptional golf experience. With notable customer service and reservation management skills, Anita also fluently speaks three languages (Spanish, English, and German), which allows her to provide personalized attention to international clients.

Before joining the SMART team, Anita developed her career at the Mallorcan hotel chain Grupotel, holding various positions always linked to planning and customer service.

Ana Nieto Lopez

Ana Nieto is the Reservations Manager at Smart Golf Travel. With more than 4 years of experience in the company, Ana is responsible for group reservation management, contracting with our partners, customer service, and supervision of our clients’ satisfaction.

Previously, Ana worked for almost 5 years at Golf Park Puntiró, where she was responsible for organizing golf tournaments, managing members and private groups, and providing customer service both in-person and over the phone. She also carried out the management and administration of the sales point and reception, and the relationship with suppliers and TTOOs. Ana fluently speaks Spanish and English, allowing her to offer excellent service to international clients. In addition, her passion for golf gives her a deep knowledge of the sector and great motivation to provide the best possible service to our clients. Ana has extensive experience in sales and customer service in other companies in the tourism sector, such as Wave House and TALAYUELA GOLF.

Sandra Estarellas

Sandra Estarellas has extensive experience in the tourism and golf industry. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to become the founder and managing director of Smart Golf Travel (formerly Mallorca Tee Time), and the exclusive discount passport, Golf Pass Mallorca.With a long career, Sandra has worked in prominent hotels such as Hospes Maricel or Valparaiso, Grupotel, and in the commercial departments of Iberostar and TUI and Iberoservice, specializing in the golf segment.Before starting her own companies, Sandra obtained the official guide title of the Balearic Islands and worked as Commercial Director at Son Caliu Hotel Spa, where she led the company’s commercial strategy and managed the sales team. With her solid knowledge of the market and her reliability and ability to establish lasting relationships with clients, Sandra has become a reference professional in the golf sector in Mallorca and now, with Smart Golf Travel, begins her expansion as a specialized golf and luxury receptive in other destinations.

Eva Gallardo

Eva Gallardo is a marketing professional with extensive experience in the tourism industry. As Marketing Director of SMART GOLF TRAVEL, she is responsible for planning and implementing the company’s marketing and communication strategies, with projects such as rebranding the brand, creating a new website, and implementing a CRM to improve interaction with SMART’s customers. Passionate about travel, Eva is discovering a new passion in the world of golf.Previously, Eva was a member of the Management Committee of FERGUS GROUP, holding the position of Marketing Director at the hotel chains FERGUS Hotels and tent Hotels, for almost 10 years. She has also worked in other tourism companies such as ISCOMAR FERRYS, AIR EUROPA, FLIGHTCARE Ground Services, developing professionally in positions related to marketing and sales both in national and international environments.
